Katie Jin - Project Manager

Katie has 7 years of experience in project management focused on project controls for the oil and gas industry, real estate development,  office operations, marketing and education sectors with diverse international experience in Canada, Singapore, China, and South Korea.  She has conducted settlement payment for clients by applying in-depth cost analysis, reviewing contractual terms and conditions, negotiating, risk mitigation and liaising with clients and subcontractors. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree with a specialization in Marketing.  She is currently pursuing her Professional Project Management (PMP) designation.

Caitlyn Lowther - Project Coordinator

Caitlyn holds a  BA in Geography and Environmental Studies with a focus on project management, community involvement and stakeholder engagement. She excels at creating positive interactions by anticipating individual needs and responding appropriately with 6 years of customer service experience she has received awards of recognition for her commitment to excellent customer service.  Highly articulate, enthusiastic and well spoken Caitlyn is incredibly passionate about connecting with people, and aims to develop a solutions-based communication strategy in order to help both individuals and groups to achieve their goals.  

Martin  Emslie - Associate, Economic Development and Sustainability​​

Martin has a diverse background in Planning, Economic Development and Consumer Insights & Analytics from Canada, Sweden, Denmark and the UK.   He holds a Masters in Planning and Regional Development from Sweden. He has co-written economic assessments for Oxfordshire County,UK, interned with Strömstad County, Sweden analyzing proposed housing developments.  He has worked on EU trans-national funding program in Denmark and developed marketing for various sustainability and transportation planning projects. In addition, he has been a Research Analyst with leading Market Research and Data/ Location Analytics firms in Toronto. He serves on the Board of the Swedish Cultural Society, the Scandinavian Community Centre in Burnaby and previously for the Market Research Intelligence Association (MRIA) of Canada.  Martin has a passion for making communities better places to live. 

Annie Li - Director

Annie has 17 years of experience, ranging from project management, architecture, transportation, urban design, masterplanning and infrastructure development in Canada, UK, Europe, US and Asia.  She has held positions as a Senior Project Manager at MMM Group, a Consulting Engineering firm specializing in P3 projects, Associate Director for RBI, a Vancouver based sustainability firm, Urban Designer for Design for London (UK), the Mayor of London's Architecture & Urbanism Team in developing strategic masterplans, revitalizing town centres, conducted feasibility studies and business cases to quantify and create value for urban design projects.  Her experience spans from working at Transport for London, as a Senior Project Manager, where she led design on high-quality public spaces and managed a portfolio of highway and civic infrastructure projects. ​Her broad background in the areas of urban design, infrastructure planning, project management and engineering help to assist clients to integrate innovative sustainable business solutions and successful projects.  Her passion is to help communities and create designs that not only add value but make a difference.
